The view of the new electrical panel from the back. The panel
itself is mounted onto a hinged plywood board that will drop down
to a horizontal position, enabling easier troubleshooting and
repairs. The back side is labeled, as is each individual wire.
I have fabricated a negative buss bar. Each circuit will have
a pair of wires for positive AND negative legs of the circuit,
as opposed to having several fixtures use a common negative wire.
While it adds a tiny bit to the cost of wire, it's no more difficult
to run pairs of wire back to the common buss, and it should help
isolate failures when they occur.
