At some point, the keel pivot bolt had been removed and a smaller 1/2" bolt installed. The space in the keel was made up with an epoxy bushing. When I removed it, the bolt was bent nearly 45 degrees. Here I'm drilling the bushing out to 5/8". Since I was drilling through plastic, it was much easier than I expected, and I probably could have done it with a hand drill.
